About the Role

As a Workshop & Field Service Technician, you will:

• Hoists, vehicle lifts, and tailgate lifters (installation, servicing, and repairs)
• Material handling and hydraulic lifting systems

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of lifting and material handling equipment, including:
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems across various equipment types.
• Provide on-site service and repairs for customers across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Assist in the workshop with assembly, prebuilds, major inspections, and tailgate lifter servicing.
• Work collaboratively across EQS, MSA, and Lift Care Services, supporting various customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical or electrical trade qualification (or relevant industry experience).
• Experience with lifting equipment, hoists, vehicle lifts, tailgate lifters, or material handling equipment is highly regarded.
• Strong hydraulic and electrical repair skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate in a workshop environment.
• Valid driver’s licence (essential).
• Tailgate lifter experience (installation, repairs, compliance servicing) (preferred).
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
