About the role

We are seeking Field Service Technicians to join our team at Porter Equipment Australia Pty Ltd' in Bringelly, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for providing expert maintenance, repair and servicing support for our range of heavy equipment and machinery.

What you'll be doing

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment and machinery

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues

Test and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance

Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work completed

Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment

Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient workshop operations

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in heavy vehicle/machinery mechanics or a related field

Experience as a Workshop Technician in the Trades & Services industry

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
