Dudley Pub is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Qualified Chef/Cook to join our team. Working full-time you will play a major role in providing high class dining for our guests.

Great job for those with a family or a life outside work due to the fact we only do dinner Mon-Thurs and Fri-Sun is lunch and dinner.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

Working with the Head Chef covering all kitchen operations.
Ensuring all WH&S compliance is achieved, adhere to safe work practices and safe food handling procedures.
Maintaining efficient stock handling and rotation practices.
Work closely with kitchen team and front of house to deliver exceptional quality and service.

Hold relevant cookery qualifications and previous experience in a similar role.
