Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Storeperson - Dispatch to join our team at our Kurnell Warehouse.

Your role will focus on picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders to maintain our high standards of service and ensure on-time delivery. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys task diversity and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

· Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring they are packaged securely and labelled correctly.

· Collaborate with couriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and track deliveries.

· Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movements.

· Assist with organising stock in the warehouse.

· Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised warehouse.

· Support general warehouse tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Experience

· Valid Forklift License (essential).

· Previous experience in warehouse and dispatch role or in a similar role highly regarded.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· A good level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move items over 20kg.
