About the role
Cicco Zetland is seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to join our team in our vibrant location in Zetland NSW 2017. As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dynamic hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the venue's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial management
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing leadership, training, and support to the venue team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Analyse and report on venue performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that attract and retain customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar venue management or hospitality leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in using relevant hospitality management software and technology
