My client is a national automotive group with multiple dealerships across Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. They are expanding and seeking Trainee Automotive Finance & Insurance Specialists to join their team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting the sales team with lead management and closing deals.
• Guiding customers through finance and insurance options.
• Meeting sales targets for finance, insurance, and warranty products.
• Processing vehicle loans from application to settlement.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

What you need:

• Experience in either sales, car sales, banking, finance, or insurance.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and presentation.
• A reliable vehicle and an open Australian driver’s licence.
