Wonder Words Speech Pathology is a dynamic paediatric speech pathology practice, proudly supporting families in Malvern East and Clayton. Since opening our first clinic in Malvern East in January 2023 and our second clinic in Clayton in March 2024, we have been committed to empowering children to achieve their communication goals in a fun and supportive environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Wonder Words Speech Pathology is seeking a positive, caring and productive administration officer to join our client care team. You will be supported and mentored to ensure you grow, learn and become the perfect fit for our clinic. This role entails caring for and supporting our wonderful clients and their families alongside supporting your fellow team.

YOUR ROLE

As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming families into our clinic with warmth and professionalism
  • Responding promptly to phone calls and emails
  • Collecting and maintaining accurate client information
  • Managing our waitlist system
  • Supporting practitioners with appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Handling client payments, invoicing and account queries
  • Providing general admin support to the team
  • Following NDIS and Medicare procedures
  • Using software such as Splose, Xero, Slack and Google Drive
  • Helping review, develop and implement clinic policies and procedures

🗓️ Start Date: Flexible, ASAP preferred

📍 Location: Clayton, Melbourne, Victoria.

✔️ Position: Part-time (3 days minimum) or full-time
