We are currently seeking a compassionate Administration Officer to join our team at Rooty Hill on a fixed term part-time basis with potential view to permanency for the right individual. You will be supporting the Home Care and Services Manager with various administrative and customer focused tasks, providing overarching support to the broader Home Care Team.

Reporting to the Home Care and Services Manager, your duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Daily administrative support to the Home Care and Services Manager and the broader Home Care Team
• Maintain accurate records and performing a high level of data entry
• Assist in the transition to the New Aged Care Act 2025
• Varied and challenging administrative tasks on a daily basis
• Completing change of details requests and confirmation of data
• Liaise with clients and families via phone and email
• Issuing and chasing invoices as needed

Essential Criteria:

• Tertiary Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Accurate data entry skills of 50wpm or higher
• High level of attention to details
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated experience managing competing tasks on a daily basis
• Able to prioritise and thrive in a pressured environment

This position will require you to obtain a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and produce evidence of three (3) COVID vaccinations.
