TFH Racing in our debut season, conquered the Trans Am Championship and we’re just getting started. As we expand our team, we’re looking for a high-performance Race Car Mechanic to help keep our TA2, Trans Am, Aussie Racing Cars, RX8s, and Hyundai Excels at the front of the grid.

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Building, prepping, and maintaining race-winning machines

Diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues under race conditions

Trackside support at race events across Australia

Working with drivers and engineers to optimize performance

Keeping our workshop and race cars in top-tier condition

🔥 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Motorsport experience (TA2, Trans Am, or similar preferred)

Strong knowledge of race car setup, engines, suspension, and transmissions

Ability to work fast, accurately, and under pressure

A passion for racing and the drive to chase championships

Willingness to travel and work weekends during race season

Trade qualifications in mechanics or motorsport engineering (preferred but not essential)
