Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver planning initiatives such as scoping documents, facilities briefs, and concept master plans.
• Provide strategic program support for ongoing and future projects.
• Engage stakeholders to create innovative and practical infrastructure solutions.
• Analyse and critique concept designs to ensure alignment with functional needs.
• Support procurement activities, including engaging external consultants.
• Contribute to risk analysis, social impact assessments, and schematic proposals.
• Deliver reports, presentations, and briefings for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in planning processes.
• Promote innovative approaches to infrastructure planning aligned with evolving needs.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards and policies, mitigating risks effectively.
• Adapt to changing priorities and requirements consistent with the role.
