About the Role

This is a full-time Commercial Sales Manager role reporting to the General Manager.

• Develop and execute sales strategies across commercial and government sectors
• Manage and maintain key client relationships
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for projects
• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals
• Oversee and manage the commercial sales team
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales staff
• Provide training and development for the sales team
• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences as needed

About You

• Proven sales leader with experience in commercial and government sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Hydronic, and Chiller systems
• Excellent communicator with ability to build and manage key client relationships
• Strategic thinker who can analyse market trends and drive business growth
• Skilled in team leadership, recruitment, and mentoring sales staff
