Whatâs the Role?
Youâll be the quarterback of our sales team â recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and, yes, getting your hands dirty by selling and closing deals yourself. Youâll Hire & manage up to 10 moving sales consultants, ensuring theyâre hitting their numbers, following up on leads, and making every customer feel like they just won the lottery of moving companies.
Whatâs in your playbook?
đ Fast & Accurate Quoting: Make sure moving consultants are quoting moves correctly & all leads are called faster than a cheetah chasing a gazelle.
đ° Coach and Close: Train your team to sell like pros, but donât forgetâyouâre still a closer too!
đ Monitor and Motivate: Track calls live or via recordings for quality and coaching, review follow-ups to maximize sales while hyping up the team with contests and bonuses.
đ Recruit and Hire: Build the ultimate sales dream team by scouting and onboarding top talent.
đŻ Prioritize Hot Leads: Know where the gold is (aka the leads that book fast) and direct your team accordingly.
đĄ Create Winning Vibes: Change up the tunes, organize stretch breaks, and make the sales floor the place to be.
đ Daily Reporting: Report daily to CEO on sales performance, key metrics, and improvements.
đ Update Resources: Keep sales manuals current and ensure consultants have all the tools they need.
âď¸ Optimize Processes: Manage SOPs and suggest improvements to boost efficiency

- Start with reports, coffee, and a game plan.
- Get the energy upâgood vibes, good music, good sales.
- Stay hands-on: Listen to calls, give feedback, and jump in to close deals when needed.
- Keep everyone focused: No oneâs browsing Instagram on your watch.
- End the day with a high-five (or two) after hitting or exceeding targets.
Must-Have Skills & Traits

- Master closer and a great coach
- Organized and detail-oriented (you love a good spreadsheet!)
