We are seeking an Experienced Concreter with Foreman Experience to join our established construction team in Brisbane. In this role, you will lead and supervise commercial concrete projects across Southeast Queensland. With a hands-on approach, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and supervise a skilled team on commercial concreting projects

Oversee formwork construction, steel fixing, concrete pouring, screeding, and finishing

Manage concrete repairs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Operate and maintain concrete equipment effectively

Troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Concreter

Proven leadership experience in Foreman or senior roles

Strong knowledge of formwork construction and concrete finishing techniques

Ability to read and interpret construction plans

Experience using various concrete tools and equipment

Excellent understanding of safety procedures and regulations

Valid driver's license

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
