YOUR NEXT EMPLOYER
A leading international Freight Forwarder with a strong Australian and global presence, backed by a network of owned offices and agents worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Import Sea Operator to join their successful team and contribute to their ongoing success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ensure a smooth freight process within a dynamic team
• Coordinate with international agents, carriers, and vendors
• Track and monitor import sea shipments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Communicate effectively with overseas offices and agents
• Handle minimal import airfreight, with a willingness to cross-train

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2-3 years of experience in Import Sea Operations
• Proficiency in EDI Cargowise software
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and shipping documentation
• High attention to detail to ensure regulatory compliance
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
