The role

Kilmarnock Business Ventures PTY LTD' is seeking a qualified Butcher to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organisation that specialises in high-quality meat production and supply. Immediate start preferred.

What you'll be doing

• Utilising expert butchery skills to prepare, cut, and package a variety of meat products to the highest standards
• Providing excellent customer service and advice to our retail and wholesale customers
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
• Assisting in the training and development of Apprentice Butchers
• Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance our operations

What we're looking for

• Qualified Butcher: Experience as a qualified butcher in a retail or commercial setting
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
