About the role

JBS Australia Pty Limited' is seeking experienced Specialist Machine Operators & Butchers to join our dynamic team in Lidcombe, NSW. This full-time role will see you play a vital part in the manufacturing and production operations within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Operate a range of machinery and equipment to process and prepare meat products
• Perform skilled butchery tasks such as cutting, trimming, and preparing meat
• Monitor production processes and machinery to maintain quality and efficiency
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and practices

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Specialist Machine Operator or Butcher in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven ability to operate a variety of machinery and equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues
