This Executive Assistant role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for senior leadership, supporting a wide range of administrative and organisational needs. It’s an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced EA who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities, and making things happen behind the scenes. You'll be part of a high-functioning and supportive team, where learning and development are encouraged, and no two days are the same.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Manage busy calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Process expenses and reimbursements using internal systems
  • Prepare for and support meetings with documents, logistics, and communication
  • Handle sensitive information and documents with confidentiality and discretion
  • Assist with internal projects and one-off initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Anticipate and resolve administrative challenges proactively

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate is an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant with a background in fast-paced environments such as finance or professional services. You're detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure — someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and working as part of a wider team. A great cultural fit would be someone personable, reliable, and quietly confident in their abilities.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in high-level administrative roles
  • Strong Microsoft Office and expense management system skills (e.g. SAP Concur)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Experience in a financial or corporate services environment
  • Worked with senior stakeholders across international teams
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to changing priorities
