Maintenance Supervisor – Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Lead, Organise & Deliver High-Quality Property Maintenance

We’re looking for an experienced and capable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Adelaide General Property Maintenance. This role is perfect for a skilled tradesperson who is ready to take the next step into leadership while still staying hands-on with the work.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Quoting & Job Planning – Assess jobs, provide accurate quotes, and plan workflow.
✅Organising & Supervising – Coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
✅On-Site Training & Leadership – Mentor and train team members in carpentry, maintenance, and repair work.
✅Hands-On Work – Carry out general maintenance, timber work, and other tasks alongside the team.

Skills & Experience Required:

✔️ Strong background in carpentry and general building maintenance.
✔️ Experience in job quoting, scheduling, and team supervision.
✔️ Ability to work independently while also leading and training others.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Huge Plus!):

• Irrigation knowledge and experience
• Paving, concreting, and brickwork
• Roof leak investigations and repairs
