Our client is a well-established facilities services provider renown for maintaining safe, sustainable, and functional environments across various sectors. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer to join their team at a prestigious school located in the Dandenong Ranges.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled tradesperson or experienced maintenance professional to join a supportive team and take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• General building and grounds maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep
• Assisting with tasks such as painting, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and basic carpentry
• Responding to maintenance requests and ensuring a high standard of work
• Supporting site improvement projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Helping with moving furniture, equipment, and general upkeep around the school grounds

About You

• Proven experience in general maintenance OR qualified tradesperson looking to expand into maintenance
• Able to handle a variety of trades tasks, including painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Driver’s licence required
• Ability to pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check
• 2x References

What’s On Offer

• Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Super
• Full-time hours – Day shift, Monday to Friday
