As the Multi-Skilled Operator, you will be based on site at the Commodore Mine in Millmerran, Queensland on a 7/7 Rotating Day & Night Roster.

EPSA is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operators to be employed by the company on a permanent full-time basis.

About the role:

• Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of our fleet.
• In addition to trucks operating ancillary equipment which may include Graders, Dozers, and/or Loaders within capacity of machinery.
• Ensuring plant is operated safely and in accordance with Company procedures.
• Ensuring plant is treated with respect, kept in a serviceable and clean condition, and operated safely in accordance with procedures and OEM specifications.
• Reviewing allocated tasks and suggesting improvements to carrying out the work.
• Participation in continual improvement activities.
• Participation in safety investigations and associated reports and recommendations and implement corrective and preventative actions.

• Hitachi EX5600 Excavator
• Liebherr 996B Excavator
• Hitachi EX3600 Excavator
• Liebherr 9350 Excavator
• A Fleet of new Hitachi EH4000 (1 EH5000) Trucks
• A fleet of CAT 789D trucks
• CAT MD6310 Drill
• Epiroc D65 Drill
• Assorted CAT and Komatsu dozers, loaders and graders

To be successful you will have:

• At least 3 years of Multi Skilled operating experience in mining operations.
• Demonstrated positive safety leadership skills and safety behaviour.
• Ability to meet and exceed set targets.
• Relevant tickets and RII SOAs.
• Current Australian driver’s licence (mandatory).
• Current QLD Coal Mine Workers Health Scheme Assessment, or willingness to complete along with a Pre-Employment Medical.
• Current Standard 11.
