As a Disability Support Worker, you play an essential role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals to live a life inspired. You will work closely with participants, families, and management to create a safe and empowering environment that fosters autonomy, inclusion, and respect for each individual's unique abilities. Qualifications & experience

• Relevant qualification in Disability Support or related field. Experience working with people with disabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check. Strong English in reading and writing skills
• Experience within the industry a MUST
• MUST be reliable with strong ethics and good values
• MUST have a good attitude, kind and caring
  
  

Tasks & responsibilities

• Offer personalised support in daily living tasks and personal care. Assist participants in accessing community activities and events. Document progress and report any concerns or updates. Adhere to organisational policies and industry standards
• Create a fun and empowering day for participants to thrive and live a life inspired
