We’re on the lookout for experienced, compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Deer Park, supporting a 15-year-old male with complex behaviours. If you thrive on building strong relationships and providing person-centred, high-quality support, it will be great to hear from you.

Key responsibilities
Provide person-centred, high-quality support in line with individual support plans
Support a client with high intensity needs, including behaviour management
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes
Work collaboratively with families and other professionals
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting people with disability and/or complex behaviours
Is empathetic, reliable, and emotionally intelligent
Can build trust and strong rapport with clients and families
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Stays calm under pressure and is a confident decision-maker
Brings resilience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to care
To be successful, you’ll need:
Certificate IV in Disability (preferred) or a related qualification
Full Victorian Drivers’ Licence
Employee Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Right to work in Australia
