About the Role:
We’re looking for friendly, outgoing and motivated people to join our legendary reservations team as we get ready for the busy season. The ideal superstar for this role will have previous experience in a similar position and have reliability at the forefront of their strengths.
In this position, you will work with all areas of the business and provide exceptional service to our guests and tourism partners. At Autopia Tours, you will be assisting with everything from selling experiences, making bookings, general information, processing payments, receiving feedback, and much more to ensure customer excellence.
You’ll be the voice of our business, helping guests and agents book adventures, sharing insider tips, and making every interaction one to remember.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the legendary first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and social media.
- Manage agent bookings and confirm all the exciting details in a timely manner.
- Convert inquiries into bookings with flair and personality, upselling where possible.
- Coordinate with tour guides and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Know our products inside and out to answer any question that comes your way!

About You:
- Experience in tourism, retail, or travel is a huge plus!
- Friendly, proactive, and always customer-focused.
- Great communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Sales experience is ideal, with some KPIs in the role.
- Adaptable and comfortable juggling a range of tasks.
- A decent understanding of tech, systems & computers
Positions Available:
We are offering a full-time position, on a rotating roster with various shift times and weekend availability is a must.
Location: Williamstown North, Melbourne
