The Role

We are looking for an incredibly enthusiastic Senior property manager to join our quickly expanding team. You must be reliable, and passionate about your career in Property Management. The role is varied. It will involve working with a committed team, as well as the day to day management of a residential apartment complexes in the Northern end of the Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity. You must have the ability to work well within a team, yet have the maturity to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Complete audits and checks
• Overseeing a team of two
• Providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants
• Conducting lease renewals, rent reviews, regular routine and final inspections, represent clients at QCAT hearings
• Supervising the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents.
• Managing all aspects associated with Property Management

The ideal candidate

• At least 12 months experience in Property Management
• Must have QLD Real Estate certificate or registration
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Most importantly - you enjoy a positive, fast paced, fun and vibrant work place.
