Your Role:

As our Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring top-tier service delivery, and providing an excellent client experience. You will:

• Manage & Maintain a Portfolio – Oversee a growing portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and smooth lease processes
• Build Strong Relationships – Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of communication and satisfaction
• Oversee Tenancy Management – Handle lease agreements, renewals, inspections, maintenance, and issue resolutions
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Provide expert guidance and proactive solutions to clients
• Work Closely with Admin Support – Create and update systems and policies; delegate administrative tasks to streamline workflows
• Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Stay updated on relevant property management laws and regulations in WA

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experienced Property Manager – Minimum 3+ years in property management with trust account experience
✅ Strong People & Communication Skills – Ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
✅ Problem-Solver & Self-Starter – Able to handle issues proactively with minimal supervision
✅ WA Real Estate Licence – Essential for compliance
✅ Knowledge of WA Property Laws & Regulations – Must be fluent with local tenancy laws
✅ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using property management software (PropertyMe preferred)
