This multifaceted agency based in the inner suburbs of Brisbane are now looking for their next Property Manager to join their vibrant office!

The Role:

• Portfolio Management of 130 properties
• No trust accounting or BDM duties required (unless you want to!)
• End to end duties with a VA for administrative support and out of office support

The Candidate:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Property Management
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Drivers license
• The ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Hard-working and honest
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships
