The Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will oversee the marketing activities and events for a select portfolio of 3 luxury automotive brands. Working closely with the broader marketing team, this role demands a balance of strategic planning, financial management, and hands-on event execution. You will have access to ongoing support, training, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Plan and execute brand events and static displays which includes developing strong vendor relationships along with managing logistics, guest lists, promotions, and post-event analysis.
- Ensure that all events align with the brand’s image and contribute to increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Evaluate marketing activities in line with sales targets and key manufacturer KPIs.
- Develop and execute digital strategies, including e-communications, database initiatives, website content, and design.
- Manage each brand’s social media content
- Oversee and maintain CRM systems.
- Manage marketing budgets, including financial planning and reporting.
- Analyse and evaluate campaign performance measuring return on investment.
- Some after hours, interstate and overseas travel will be required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Brand Manager (mandatory).
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
- Experience working with luxury brands (preferred)
- Experience in both strategic and operational marketing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- A solid understanding of media channels, including print, digital, and broadcast.
- Experience in event management
- Experience in graphic design (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid Australian driver's licence.
- Availability to attend events outside of business hours, including weekends.
- Flexibility to travel required.
