Position Objective

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with potential to grow into a managerial role. This challenging position is ideal for individuals with a biomedical, nursing, radiography, or medical tech background.

Your responsibilities include daily visits to labs and doctors' offices to promote our products. Comprehensive training will be provided, including clinical product knowledge, sales techniques, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing lists of potential client businesses by leveraging directories and other available resources
  • Staying informed and continuously updating knowledge about competitors’ products, industry developments, and market trends
  • Visiting both existing and prospective clients to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
  • Assessing customer needs and offering customized solutions with detailed product explanations and recommendations
  • Providing accurate quotes, negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and recording sales orders
  • Managing the logistics for product deliveries, equipment installations, and service provisions
  • Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Monitoring changes in customer preferences and competitor activities, then providing reports and insights to sales management
  • Communicating with sales management about successful sales, product performance, and the overall market landscape
  • Preparing detailed sales reports and maintaining thorough records of business-related expenses
  • Have coronary intervention sales experience and clinical support skills.

Qualifications and Experience/Skills

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant field
  • Have minimum three years’ work experience in a similar industry (medical sales experience)
  • Have driver’s license
  • Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a can-do-attitude
  • Should have coronary or vascular intervention sales experience and clinical support skills.
  • Possess good communication and written skills
