Job position: QLD Sales Representative (Medical and Pharmaceutical Products)
Job location: Gold Coast, QLD
Salary: $93,400
The role will entail:
- In an assigned territory, identify and compile lists of potential clients, including dental clinics, hospitals, and specialist dental surgeons, using market research, directories, and other industry sources.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Osstem Australia's customer base and increase market penetration in the Australian dental implant industry.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Osstem’s products, solutions, and competitive offerings, ensuring a strong understanding of the latest advancements in dental implant technology, surgical techniques, and digital workflows.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs, providing regular reports and insights to sales management.
- Visit existing and prospective dental professionals to present and demonstrate Osstem’s products, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide professional consultations, product demonstrations, and technical explanations to assist dentists in selecting the best implant solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Process and record client orders, coordinating with logistics and technical support teams to ensure timely product delivery and service fulfillment.
- Provide post-sales support on equipment sales, ensuring seamless product installation, training, and troubleshooting for clients.
- Provide post-sales support on consumable ordering, ensuring no related product is missing, offer professional opinion on each implant cases on demand
- Follow up with clients to address any concerns, resolve clinical & technical issues, and maximize the user experience with Osstem’s products and services.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales expenses, client meetings, and business development efforts for internal reporting and analysis.
- Maintain high level of day-to-day activities with a balanced portfolio of potential client meeting and existing client follow-up.
- Maximize participation on an educational event by convincing local clinicians within an assigned territory.
- Provide a post-course support to encourage them to use the products and services.
- Actively seeking for a study club or non-sponsored seminar event to collaborate with Osstem Australia.
- Brand representation and continuous brand existence through active exposure on market.
We are looking for someone who:
- University degree or other relevant qualification
- A minimum of 3 years work experiences as a Sales Representative in Medical and Pharmaceutical industries or equivalent work experiences
