Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS
- Business Development or Relationship Management experience within the NDIS or Allied health sectors, or similar.
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in allied health, business, or marketing.
- Focused and goal-oriented
Key Responsibilities
- Work on expanding the business and overseeing new market initiatives.
- Develop the business development and relationship strategy for our region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, such as support coordinators, plan managers, local area coordinators and others, with a goal to build strong connections and grow referrals.
- Identify and lead BD opportunities
- Building relationships with potential participants to establish rapport.
- Increase participant base and fill vacancies
- Creating and developing marketing strategies and campaigns including social media management
- Report on new Business development opportunities and outcomes
- Engaging directly with clients and their representatives to confirm their housing needs, and managing their transition into Thrive365 SIL.
