Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification/s (essential)
• Course and business development expertise
• Experience coordinating vocational education programs (essential)
• Cert IV TAE (desirable)

As part of Prace's recruitment and selection process, applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment safety screening process. Key Selection Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in education, training, business development, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in coordinating and delivering training programs, preferably in a community setting.

• Proven ability to identify, develop, and implement new training programs in response to industry demand.
• Experience in building partnerships with external organisations, including schools, businesses, and referral agencies, to expand course offerings.
• Ability to contribute to funding applications, business proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.

• Strong understanding of the VET sector, compliance requirements, and funding frameworks.

• Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing software.
• Ability to manage and oversee student administration processes, including compliance with enrolment, assessment, and reporting requirements.

• Set priorities and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Plan and organise course rollout, budgets, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise and support teaching staff effectively.

• Strong coordination skills, including the ability to:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to negotiate, collaborate, and build effective partnerships.
• Commitment to social justice principles and inclusive education.
