About the Role
Agility Finance is seeking a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our Sydney CBD team for 3 months. This part-time role (Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm) will involve reaching out to brokers, promoting our services, and providing exceptional customer support. Strong communication skills and sales experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to brokers and promote financial services
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support
- Assist with sales and promotion of financial products
- Maintain accurate customer records and update systems
- Contribute to sales strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
