As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
As our Business Support Officer, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager—who is also the founder—to support the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This role is integral to keeping things on track and ensuring the business runs efficiently. You'll provide administrative support, help coordinate key tasks across the team, and contribute to a collaborative, positive, and fast-paced work environment.
Our office location is Rosny Park.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support across various areas of the business
- Manage correspondence, documents, and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings
- Support reporting and record-keeping requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives
- Assist in the coordination or business planning
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in typical office systems
- Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience in the travel industry is a bonus, but not essential
