• 1 year minimum property experience Current Real estate salespersons license

• Marketing yourself and the business to commercial property owners and tenants
• Attending Training sessions to build your skills
• Networking for new business contacts
• Client care and retention
• Prospecting Commercial Tenants and Property Owners
• Presenting Marketing Solutions for vacant and sale properties.
• Negotiating Agreements to lease and sale
• Constant Improvement of Database
