We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer, working for one of Melbourne's best full service product consultancies, within a newly established five-person DevOps and support team at a leading enterprise. What You’ll Do

• Support & Troubleshooting – Provide production support, diagnose issues, and debug code written by others.
• Enablement & Improvement – Help digital teams optimize deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaboration – Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Incident Management – Participate in a support roster for after-hours incident resolution.

What You Bring

✅ Proven experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✅ Experience working across a Microsoft-based stack (Bitbucket, .NET Core, Sitecore CMS).
✅ Familiarity with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and frontend deployment tools like Storybook & Chromatic.
✅ Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (NewRelic, Azure Monitor) and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger Hub).
✅ Ability to context-switch and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
