About the opportunity:

Position: Clinical Case Coordinator

Vacancy: Permanent full-time

Location: ATODS, North Ward Campus

The Clinical Case Coordinator will provide a broad range of high-level assessments and interventions collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to individuals, groups and diverse communities identifying with substance related problems in the context of minimising harm at all levels within the given geographical area.

All employees of the Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the Service.

  • Salary range: $4912.70 to $5286.40 p.f. (HP4)
  • Annual leave with 17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:

  • Mandatory qualifications (Occupational Therapy or Psychology or Social Work) and proof of registration (if applicable)
  • Possession of class C drivers' licence.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance and Blue Card Checks.
