Our clients are professionals with high expectations of service and quality, and we are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Design Consultant.

About the Role

As a Design Consultant, you are the vital link between our clients and our in-house design and construction team. You will:

Meet with prospective clients in their homes to understand their vision and lifestyle needs.

Work closely with our designers and builders to develop tailored renovation and extension concepts.

Present the 3D design concept (along with the lead designer), gather client feedback, and refine it with the team.

Guide clients through the final design, specifications, and fixed-price contract.

Who We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you will have:
✔ A proven track record in sales within luxury property, custom homes, or high-value lifestyle and design-focused industries.
✔ The ability to build rapport with professional clients and guide them through a consultative sales process.
✔ A strong interest in design and building (formal qualifications valued but not essential).
✔ Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
