As the National Business Development manager you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong business-to-business relationships, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence through effective sales strategies and technology. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow the national Business Development team across SEQ, Sydney, and Melbourne.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and performance.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for your team.

• Ensure the accurate and up-to-date management of Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.

• Travel regularly across regions to support and develop teams, ensuring alignment and success.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales leadership and managing a high-performing sales team, with a focus on business-to-business sales.

• Industry experience within property or construction (essential).

• Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar tools to drive team efficiency and sales tracking.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to effectively manage key business relationships.

• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to develop your team and help them achieve success.

• Commercial acumen with a results-driven approach and a focus on business outcomes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
