About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team at Winning Homes IQ in Perth, WA office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This is a critical role that will have a significant impact on the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business growth
• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
• Monitor and report on team and individual sales performance against targets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' industry experience, preferably in the new home building industry
• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to exceed targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in using sales-related software and CRM tool
