The position of Client Services Administrator will see you working hand in hand with your team members to ensure that we are delivering consistent, reliable services to all of our participants. Key responsibilities and expectations of the role are listed below.
About the Role - What you will be doing:
- Using a customised rostering software system
- Accurately recording shifts and changes in the rostering system
- Providing excellent customer service with positive communication
- Rapidly responding to reschedule and cover unplanned staff availability with minimal disruption to participants
- Accurate recording of participant and support worker case notes
- Liaising with support workers and participants
- Assisting with the emergency on-call phone
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Enthusiasm to work within the disability and aged care sector
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A calm disposition
- The ability to work and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Be a positive and adaptable person
Essential requirements of the role:
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
