Clarity Partners have partnered with a boutique accounting & advisory firm located in the heart of the CBD. Seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their growing team. Giving you the opportunity to work with a broad range of large NetWorth clients. Assisting individuals, families and businesses to achieve their financial goals.
As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the firm. Your role will involve administrative support, client communication, and assisting accountants with compliance and documentation.
Client-Based responsibilities
- Managing client enquiry professionally and efficiently
- Prepare and process client documentation
- Maintain client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with ATO & ASIC lodgments, document submissions and regulatory compliance
- Assist clients with Fusesign, Portals, MyGov ID's
- Quarterly ATO BAS reports & ATO debt report
Administrator responsibilities
- Opening & closing of the front office
- Greeting clients at the front desk
- Answering incoming calls
- Downloading reports from ATO Mate
- Processing credit card payments/cheque banking
- In-house events/external events
- Supporting the office as necessary
- Overseeing office management and maintenance, supplies, cleanliness, filing
About you
- Previous experience in an administrative or client services role
- Experience in an accounting or professional services firm is essential
- Strong communication written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products essential
- Must have permanent residency with full working rights
- 1-2 years of experience ideal
