OSS- OZ Synergy Solutions PTY LTD is a specialized telecommunication rigging services company that provides full turn key services in Telecommunications Networks- VHA/ Optus And Telstra.

We are currently seeking a number of skilled telecommunication riggers and site rigging supervisors to work on one of the largest wireless rollouts for a major national carrier with positions based in Sydney, with travel required to regional areas.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Riggers and rigging supervisors

With a minimum of 4 years' experience in the Telco industry, preferably in VHA/Optus spec but not essential you will also:

. Lead a crew of telecommunications riggers 2 or 3 to run the project, and lead the crew effectively and efficiently.

. Maintain the highest levels of safety and environmental standards.

. Report back to PE on daily tasks, and planning of works and any issues on site.

. Demonstrate the ability to think quick on your feet and resolve issues and have the initiative for problem solving.

. Solid work ethic, strong supervisory and communications skills is a must.

· Have the ability to demonstrate an understanding of an competency in rigging practices required in the field.

. Able to read structural telco site drawings and plumbing diagrams

· Demonstrate competency at the terminations of various co-ax cables

· Be able to work safely and competently at heights and the ability to climb structures and work at heights up to 100m

· Have experience working out of elevated work platforms

· Carry out all site activities including some civil works, installation of steel work, Antennas, feeders, hybrid cable, plumbing whole external system including labeling, installation of TMAs, RRUS, cable tray, raised lids, sweeps, PIM testing,

Other essential skills required:

• Basic Rigging ticket (Advanced ticket preferred)
• OHS Construction Card
• VHA/ Optus/ Telstra Specs experience
• Safe Work at Heights training
• Tower Rescue training
• Senior First Aid training including resuscitation
• RF Awareness training
