The Role:
The key focus areas for this role include leading:
- A responsive culture that delivers key programs or projects.
- Stakeholder management and engagement.
- Effective resources management.
- Implementing reform.
About You:
To be successful in these positions, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National and State-based statutory instruments that form part of the Building Rules in SA.
- Ability to interpret, review and implement policy, legislation and regulations.
- High level written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to provide leadership in a team environment, including interpersonal skills which foster trust and cooperation.
- Experience undertaking building rules assessments.
- Experience working in a related role undertaking policy development,strategic planning and/or development assessment.
Qualification:
A recognised degree or recognised post graduate qualification in architecture,engineering, building surveying, construction management or building.
Special Conditions
Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to
employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.
Remuneration:
PO4 - $110,696, - $120,470
