Your contribution:
In this influential role, you will lead the Business Operations team, ensuring the seamless integration of human resource management, financial oversight, governance and performance reporting to support executive decision-making. Your expertise in business planning, risk management, and strategic coordination will be pivotal in delivering programs aligned with divisional priorities.

As Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance culture across the division. You will be responsible for overseeing financial management, workforce planning, governance compliance, and reporting processes, ensuring they align with the department's objectives. Your ability to communicate with influence, provide sound strategic advice and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to success in this role.
