A global manufacturer is undergoing a large-scale business and technology transformation and is seeking a Lead Business Analyst - Chapter Lead to drive best practices in business analysis and play a key role in a multi-year ERP transformation.

As a Lead Business Analyst - Chapter Lead, you will define and implement structured business analysis frameworks, ensuring business requirements are effectively captured, documented and aligned with the company's strategic and operational goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders, functional leads and technology teams to drive process improvement, data accuracy and system enhancements within the ERP transformation program.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring consistency in approach and methodology.
• Work with business stakeholders, functional leads and system integration partners to elicit, document and validate business requirements.
• Conduct process analysis across finance, supply chain, customer service and manufacturing to ensure effective ERP system design.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and alignment sessions across global business units.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO13485.
• Track KPIs to measure business analysis effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Assess and recommend ERP capabilities, integrations and enhancements based on business needs.
• Contribute to governance materials and stakeholder communications.

As the successful candidate, you will offer:

• Extensive experience in business analysis within large-scale ERP transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling (BPMN, UML) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar cloud-based ERP solutions (preferred).
• Business analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complexity in a global transformation environment.
