We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our front desk team.

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist & Patient Communication Specialist to be the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you will help manager front desk operations and handle patient communication and follow-ups via telephone. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and professionally
• Managing patient check-in and check out procedures
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Handling patient inquiries and providing accurate information
• Co-ordinating patient follow-ups and recall appointments
• Maintaining patient records and updating information
• Processing payments and insurance claims
• Ensuring a clean and organised reception area

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
• Proficient in using dental practice management software
• Strong organisational skills and attention to details
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
