An exciting opportunity has become available for a Busy Cafe All Rounder/Barista to join the dynamic team at Hidden Gem Coffee', a bustling cafe located in Tugun, Queensland. This is a casual role offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Please only apply if you have more than 3 years of specialty coffee experience and barista skills.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers

Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee and tea beverages, as well as other cafe menu items

Handling cash and processing customer payments accurately

Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment

Assisting with stock management and cafe operations as required

Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and preparation techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
