We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Barista & Cafe All-rounder to work in a busy cafe at Coffee Guru Brookwater. The successful applicant will preferably have previous experience in a similar hospitality role, however great attitude and work ethic are considered favourably. The role is immediate start, offering approximately 15-30 hours per week.

The position we have available must have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced café in Australia.
• Strong Barista skills, understanding of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
• Strong work ethic, reliable and honest, with great people skills.
• Great communication skills
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all systems and policies are followed by all FOH staff.
• Must be available weekends
• Must be available over Christmas period (not including Christmas or New Year's day).
• Maintain company culture, with good relationships within the team, with the ownership, and with teams of other shops.
• Communicate effectively with owners
