• Experience and expertise in 0 to 2 age group - - Diploma /Certificate 3.
• A Valid Working with Children Check.
• Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm and passion for the profession.
• Demonstrate highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with fellow team members and parents.
• Demonstrate a desire to grow professionally and personally and the drive to learn everything they can about Early Learning.
• A high level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP).
• The ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.
• A willingness to undertake and co-ordinate ongoing professional development training for Educators.
