We are currently seeking a committed Night Duty Manager to join our dedicated team at Peppers Docklands in Melbourne CBD. The ideal candidate will oversee nightly operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences, operational efficiency, and security during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overnight operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and security.

• Utilize Opera Cloud Property Management System (PMS) to manage bookings, guest accounts, and operational reports.

• Effectively handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.

• Supervise and train night shift team members.

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company policies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar leadership role, preferably within a hotel setting.

• Strong proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS.

• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Availability to work weekends and overnight shifts is essential.

• Proven ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure
